How do I defeat laser in a Wisconsin speeding ticket trial?
A Wisconsin State Trooper used a laser gun at 1,540 feet from a bridge to clock the alleged vehicle at 86 in a 65 on the roadway below.
If you were defending the alleged motorist, what defensive strategies would you use to combat the laser in court?
so was this “alleged” speeder going 86 mph on hwy43 by the mukwonago exit?….duh! you don’t speed through there. the troopers hang out through that area from Big Bend all the way to East Troy, why? because that is where everyone tries to “see how fast they can go” and this is best place to nail the “alleged” speeders. I can’t even count how many times I have been passed by cars going so dang fast it looks like I am in neutral and I am going the speed limit. suck it up and pay the fine! what is it now? $400 bucks and 3 points? chalk it us as a hard lesson learned.
