Traffic Ticket timeline?
I got a traffic ticket about a month ago in NY. On the ticket it says you must answer within 15 days and you can do so on-line…the day after I got the ticket I went online and filled out forms to be notified when the ticket was in the system. I wasnt notified until 20 days after I got the ticket that it was in the system and I was able to make a plea. This being after the 15 days is this at all a way to get out of the ticket?
No. All it said was you had to answer within 15 days, not that they had to answer within 15 days.
